Friday night panic with a broken system! Messaged True Comfort, very courteous, staff were able to come on Saturday. I received a call and text when the tech was on his way. Logan spent time explaining options honestly and walking us through our problem. New install scheduled before he left in just a few days! Update: system installed and we couldn't be happier! Techs were timely, professional, and personable. They walked me through everything from the system to the thermostat. I'd recommend them again! The service was excellent! Christian was friendly and professional and explained everything so well. I was not pressured to purchase anything although I did get their maintenance plan because I was so impressed with the service and the reasonable pricing.
