Got a great deal for replacing my old furnace and ac. Promo for a new water heater put them over the top. Agreed to quote on Wednesday and they installed on Friday. Wow. Trevor and his crew got here at 8 (on time by the way) and they were completely done by 3. Wow. Being I used to be an installer myself back in the day I was fairly impressed. Would definitely recommend.

I had air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater replaced., and a vent put in my bathroom. They were very professional, friendly, informative and did a great job throughout the process. They cleaned up and hauled away the old. Corbin the sales person was super helpful and brought me a portable air conditioner unit to help since my air went out and Thomas the main installer was very helpful explaining the system. I am beyond happy with Modern heating and cooling. My salesperson, Silas, spent serious time, making sure my system was absolutely perfect for my house at a very reasonable price. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he educated me in depth about my system. He also spent a lot of time understanding my needs before he ever started working on an estimate.. I purchased a heat pump system, which is much more efficient than a standard air conditioner/furnace or boiler. It is all run on electric, so I have basically wiped out natural gas bills in the winter, and I have solar panels that provide the electricity for my system. Also, the install crew was efficient, friendly, and careful. They have stopped out a couple times to make minor adjustments, always with a smile, and never with a charge. You absolutely cannot go wrong. If you work with this company.
