Highly, highly recommend Modern Mechanical for AC/furnace repair or replacement. Replaced ours with them 6 years ago and have had them do the preventive maintenance since. Everyone has been great work with over the years and their prices/costs are more than reasonable. Definitely give them a shot if you’re looking for a new HVAC company!
Our AC was leaking water. Called Modern in the morning and Trevor was here by lunch time. Diagnosed the problem and got it repaired quickly. He was very professional - didn't even complain about having to park a block away because our street is under construction - and the price was reasonable. Tom and Josh did a great job for us! A very reasonable price to replace our 1 ton mini-split heat pump, and they were in and out in less than four hours. Definitely our go-to from here on out. Services: Installation, Ductless heating & A/C services
