We called Ben late afternoon and he gave us a price to put in a new water heater right over the phone without having to come out on a separate day and charge us a fee for giving us an estimate. He got here the next morning and put the water heater in, took the old one out, took it away. He also explained to us about our water pressure and he tested it for us and it was pretty high so we talked about it and he put on a gauge for us to deal with that. He told us the price for the gauge upfront before he did anything. Ben is a very nice, professional, honest man and we will definitely use him for any plumbing needs We might have in the future.
