Golden Rule answered my call and had a team out immediately. Everyone I talked to was kind, competent, and efficient. Royce, the team leader, performed quality work with great attention to detail. I will definitely be using this team again in the future! In one day they installed our water softener and filter, tested our water and set our softener accordingly. Royce also installed a back flow system in preparation for our irrigation system to be installed. He was very thorough in both his work and in explaining everything we needed to know about the systems we were having installed. I would highly recommend him and his team for any job. Tyler, the electrician who came out to put together a set of quotes for my project, was awesome! Very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. He listened to my specific needs and presented a set of options with good detail that was very helpful in my decision process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that Golden Rule charged a service fee for the quote, despite their website saying that they provide free estimates. I don't fault Tyler for this, and he even helped explain some options that make that fee less painful if I go with Golden Rule, but I still don't like the unexpected charge.

Although golden rule could not fix our problem - potentially needing a longer hose/sewage access. The customer care service was impeccable - the tech worked diligently to attempt to fix our problem - running the hose 3 times to attempt to fix the clogged drain. He was kind enough to help me call a sewage company, and help me explain the situation to my husband. He also gave me a discount after all of his hard work since the issue wasn’t technically fixed. Highly highly highly recommend this company. They know what they’re doing!!
