Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Conner came out to look at some electrical things for us in our new home. He was very helpful, personable and prompt. We would be thrilled if any time we have an issue, he showed up at our door. Zach came out to turn off a gas line and look at some plumbing related issues. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave good recommendations. He was very kind and I felt comfortable having both him and Conner in my home. Highly recommend

Although golden rule could not fix our problem - potentially needing a longer hose/sewage access. The customer care service was impeccable - the tech worked diligently to attempt to fix our problem - running the hose 3 times to attempt to fix the clogged drain. He was kind enough to help me call a sewage company, and help me explain the situation to my husband. He also gave me a discount after all of his hard work since the issue wasn’t technically fixed. Highly highly highly recommend this company. They know what they’re doing!!

Michael has been nothing but great and efficient to fixing my problem from get go. He is the dude that is genuine kind and very quick work ethic that I would want to have every time I have a plumbing problem. Was most definitely down to earth and told me how it is. I will have him every time I have somthing wrong with plumbing or honestly anything. Glad to have picked my choice with this company. Can't thank this man enough! Over all grade A1 with this company.
