Jake from WireOne sent his best guy Lane to work on my house and he did a great job. Very friendly, conscientious and professional. As a tip, if you are having issues with the wiring piece of your sprinkler system, you don’t need to use the sprinkler people. Use a professional electrician instead. Plus he did the whole house safety inspection and pointed out some things I can do to keep my family safe. Levi was great! He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain things like options and also to answer any questions. Have used Wire one before and will continue to do so. All of the above mentioned, recently helped in some way with replacing and upgrading my electrical panel in some way -With Lane doing the heavy lifting and everyone else supporting in one way or another. I was worried that I wouldn’t get an electrician for days. There was so much storm damage where I live. I found this company online, gave them a call and they came over right away! I was so relieved, I had been without power for almost 3 days. Brian is professional and has a calming personality. He explained everything until I understood. I feel like he had my best interest in mind. The work was done quickly and I knew I could trust him to do the best for me, and he did! I am thankful for him and the company he works for.
