Woke up to a 50 degree house because my furnace stopped working. Within just a couple of hours they showed up, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part. What an experience! Our heat went out on a Saturday morning and AHS went far above our expectations in handling our situation. I felt like Chris was a buddy of mine asking for all the details of what we were experiencing, all the way down to the diagnosis of the specific part! They were able to source that part from a warehouse that was closed, promptly and proactively notified us about cost to do so, and most importantly had the heat repaired by 3pm that same day!
