Called for air conditioning repair of noisy out door unit operation. They came the next day at the agreed upon time. Had a replacment part in stock on the service truck. Pulled the outdoor unit completly apart for cleaning and inspection. Cleaned cotton wood seeds from the coils. replaced capicitor on start sequence. runs quieter and cools better after this was done. They informed me as to what they did and also checked the indoor unit to be sure temps were correct and blower motor was operating properly. made a couple adjustments on the controls to improve cooling.
