Apple roofing did a great job. They replaced my gutters and re-roofed my entire house in the Fall of 2021. The crew were prompt, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. Justin Martindale in particular assisted in getting my insurance company to replace the whole roof after the hail storm in June, insurance sent a bad inspector the first time round. I am on the board of the Greens of Golfview Townhouse Association in Ankeny, IA. It was determined that we needed to replace the roofs of our four townhome buildings. Jason bid the project and was our first choice. An important quality that drew us to Jason was his excellent communication skills. Not only did he communicate on every question posed by our board, he met with all townhome owners to answer questions and describe the roofing process. He also sent a letter introducing himself and hand delivered them to each townhome. The roofing job was done by a large team of roofers he brought in. Each day, he was on the scene supervising. Each day, he sent the board a summary of the day's progress. If questions arose, he was extremely responsive. The work on four buildings was done in three days.
