The whole team from Sales (Kaydin) to actual installation (great cleanup, very little debris & nails) to overall management of interaction with our insurance (Dominick) was great. The day after hail demolished our roof I called Kaydin and he immediately came over and covered up the holes until work could be scheduled. Following a big hail storm in August, Premier Roofing (Dominick Jimenez - field rep) was great to work with. They connected directly with our insurance company to ensure everything that was needed, was covered. Premier is not a gutter installation company, but they made sure that was all included with insurance and even helped find a separate contractor that I could trust to do that part. There were a number of twists in dealing with the roof, and they were willing to talk things out with me to make sure it all worked out to my satisfaction and with no additional charge to me.
