Quick response time. Had water pipe freeze n break. They repaired pipe with minimal cutting through drywall to get at the pipe. Didn't take long and it was fixed. Now we deal with the water damage... Could have been worse had we not been home. Highly recommend Herr Plumbing A+++
When my old water heater broke, I spent hours trying to find someone to come to replace it, including contractors with several big box stores and a few independent plumbers suggested by employees at the big box stores. All seemed overly expensive. I called my son to ask who he used, he said Herr Plumbing! They were able to get me in the next day, guy was professional and quiet, he even fixed an issue with some of the pipes coming out of the top for no additional charge. Their price was very reasonable, considering all the other quotes I'd gotten. I will be using them again for sure! Service: Water heater installation
