Premier Plus Storm Team

In the Summer of 2022, I hired the Premier Plus Storm Team for a roof replacement and gutter removal/installation project at my house. Initially, the experience was positive. However, in the following Spring, an issue arose. The gutter on the back of my house was installed incorrectly, leading to water draining in the opposite direction of the downspout. Consequently, rainwater cascaded down my siding and pooled in our landscaping. I've made several attempts to reach out over the summer, requesting repairs, but unfortunately, I've encountered a lack of progress and communication regarding how and when this issue can be remedied. It's disappointing because everything else about the project went smoothly. I genuinely hope that Premier Plus Storm Team addresses and rectifies this issue promptly. I'd be more than willing to revise or remove this review if the necessary repairs are made. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
