Dennis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked what problems we were experiencing, diagnosed the problem, showed us the bad parts, and fixed it in a timely manner. If you get a postcard in the mail about doing an HVAC service/inspection I would not pick this company. The service overall was fine assuming the technician (Dennis) did everything. He was very knowledgeable and I received the notes that everything check out well. What I didn't appreciate was his persistence in upselling me additional services. I have owned my house for two years and wanted to get the HVAC inspected for the peace of mind after doing a remodel. After the inspection Dennis tells me how the HVAC is getting older (almost 15 years) and it is time for a new system before it breaks down. I don't have an issue with him telling me this, but then he proceeds to get me to set up an appointment for an estimate. I asked if they could just email me an estimate so I knew the approximate value. I wanted to know what I was getting into. He said they do everything in-person. My fear with doing it in person after talking with Dennis is the pressure they will put on me to get a new sys

Awesome customer service, Seth is the best. Installed a new furnace, worked with me in financing it. All around great group of guys.
