Everything went really smooth for us and I'm glad we called Dorrian. They were very helpful and provided us with a lot of information and options. All of their installers were great too. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the products they installed.
On Memorial Day (2018) our AC unit seemed to not be working ... so I called at about 9am and got a nearly immediate call-back. They were to my house before noon and had the system back up and running within an hour. They were easy to work with and friendly. I will call again next time I need service.
I highly recommend Dorrian Heating and Cooling. One of our furnaces quit working during the below zero temperatures a few weeks ago. I called and talked to Mony, she had a technician out to our building within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had our furnace back up and running quickly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
