We received: Good Quality, Good Value, Professionalism, Responsive and On Time Advanced Roofing replaced our shingles and siding following hail damage. They came highly recommended from a neighbor who gave a strong recommendation. We were not familiar with the insurance process and the terms of our coverage we had. An Advanced representative came when the insurance adjuster was here and handled the discussion with our insurance adjuster and explained confusing terminology and submitted a cost estimate both for what the insurance should pay and what we would owe. When the job was complete the actual invoice matched the estimate. The work crew came early and worked late. They were polite and cleaned up each day after the work. They kept us informed and answered our questions along the way. The quality of the roof and siding in material and workmanship are excellent. We are proud of our home.
