These guys are awesome!!! We had a very old AC and furnace that finally died, and BNR stepped right in to help. After calling a few other companies, none of them gave as great service and follow up as BNR. They gave us a great education and recommendations on several options. They took time to explain the benefits of each option the various costs associated with it. We found their prices to be extremely competitive and fair. When it came to actually doing the work, they were extremely professional, clean, and pleasant to have in the house. The quality of work was fantastic, and they didn't cut any corners. We recently had an issue with our furnace which wasn't producing heat. Nate and Chris came out to our house quickly (same day as call) to assess the issue. Other local companies we called couldn't get to us until the next week! The guys showed up on time and were knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell they enjoy helping people. Our system was indicating a weird code and they ran a few test to diagnose the problem. Through the testing it was determined that our motherboard was giving off false codes and could be going out. Rather than charge us upwards of a $1000 to install a new board they got the system functioning properly again and showed us some things to do to keep it working until the board finally does go out completely. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity which can be hard to find these days.
