We recently had an issue with our furnace which wasn't producing heat. Nate and Chris came out to our house quickly (same day as call) to assess the issue. Other local companies we called couldn't get to us until the next week! The guys showed up on time and were knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell they enjoy helping people. Our system was indicating a weird code and they ran a few test to diagnose the problem. Through the testing it was determined that our motherboard was giving off false codes and could be going out. Rather than charge us upwards of a $1000 to install a new board they got the system functioning properly again and showed us some things to do to keep it working until the board finally does go out completely. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity which can be hard to find these days. After paying for an HVAC company come out to diagnose my issue with my AC unit, I also received an equally high quote for a whole new system. At this point I was told my existing unit was toast, and so I was getting multiple estimates to replace my whole HVAC system. The boys from BNR came out and diagnosed my unit for FREE, and figured out that there was still some life in it! They were able to repair my ac unit, and provided me with some great information about the industry and next steps if I wanted to replace my existing system! These guys were nothing short of miraculous! Now instead of being forced into replacing my system, I now have some time to spare. They were very honest, and friendly!
