Kyle at Idaho Service Electric charged me for work and did not complete the job. I posted a negative review (Virgil Adams), and Kyle contacted me and offered to finish the work if I took the review down. I paid for work that Kyle didn't complete, and then he says he'll complete it if I remove my review? What kind of company is this. I told him that I refuse to remove an honest review and that he should do the right thing and finish the work I paid him to do. In my opinion, Kyle is a crook. Idaho Service Electric did the wiring for a new hot tub, put in an outdoor plug, and updated some outdoor lightings for me. Kyle was attentive and thorough when he came by for the quote. They fit me into the schedule very quickly and were able to accommodate additionally things I wanted completed. They did a great job and were very fairly priced. I will be trusting them with any future electrical needs.
