Kevin with Boise Drain was fantastic to work with! My good friends got told by another plumber they had to replace their entire water heater & it was going to cost them thousands of dollars. As the water heater was only a couple years old we knew that didn't sound right. Thankfully, Kevin came to the rescue with a second opinion and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Kevin was a great help. He got here quickly on a Sunday and had us taken care of in under an hour. He was clean and courteous and talked us through the problem in a clear and concise manner. And he was WAY cheaper than Roto Rooter too. Would give him 6 or 7 stars if I could
