Ryan @ Buss Mechanical came to our building and fixed a broken water heater in one unit and replace another one ALL in a few hours. I just received texts from both tenants who are thrilled that their issues were fixed so fast. Best customer service ever!!!!

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience with Buss Mechanical. Our technician, Chris, arrived early (after calling to check in with me). His service was outstanding! He was efficient, professional, polite and explained things in relatable terms very clearly. Everything about this visit was pleasant. Including the final invoice. The pricing was fair and the service was above and beyond standard or what was expected. Even better, just a couple weeks ago they were at my mom's place and she raved about the service and technician that visited her too. (That's how I got the referral). Obviously, I may have been lucky to have such a great experience but this seems to be the Buss Mechanical standard ~ exemplary service! Thank you Buss Mechanical and Chris! Absolutely no communication, had no idea what they were actually needing to do, didn’t wear any protective gear in the home, tore out walls and insulation without covering the bed, my toddlers bed, toys, nothing. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
