My A/C went out in triple digit heat. While other companies put me off for a week, FOX scheduled the diagnostic and repaired it the next Day! Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and almost as quickly had my air back up and running! He was friendly and professional and explained everything. I was so pleased with the timeliness of the repair as well as the price. It was 85 in my house that afternoon. By the evening we were back in our home sleeping in cool Temps! Thx Fox! Three months ago, I bought an older home with known HVAC issues. Dennis came to do an inspection for me, and outlined the situation and made a plan to correct it, within my budget and timeline. Dude came out in a timely manner but didn’t fix our heater. He basically said it was running normal when it clearly wasn’t (shutting off and on rapidly is not working normal in my book.) So yeah, don’t pay 100 dollars for someone to tell you your glitchy heater which blows cold air is working normal. ???????? we ended up leaving our home cause I’ll be damned if I’m paying 100$ for something that never got fixed.
