WONDERFUL Customer Service, the owner took time to call me personally and have a great informative conversation. So nice and helpful! I will 100% be using and referring this company!!
I had scheduled an appointment to have two outlets put into a wall and I scheduled about 4 weeks out. Not only did they fail to show up on time, but when I called them after their arrival window, they said their guy would call with an updated arrival time. He must've decided to just not show up at all, as they've failed to make any kind of contact since then. You'd have a better chance at being a satisfied customer at most of their numerous competitors. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
Todd took my phone call on a early Saturday morning. We talked through the issue. He educated me on how and what likely happened. After some pictures and specific questions we fixed the issue. Very happy with the kindness and help I received from High Ground Electric! Will be the first one I call for electrical issues going forward!
