Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

UPDATE: Very thankful to Alex, who made sure to come out to our house and address all of our concerns. The initial experience was frustrating, but I’m thankful to know that Right Now is a company who will make it right. Incredibly disappointed with the service I received from an electrician here. Was quoted $8500 to move my breaker box and meter, replace the breaker, and replace all of my outlets. After a visit from the inspector they opted not to move anything, which I was fine with, but they still charged me the same $8500. This made no sense to me and when I asked the electrician (Carlos) why I was being charged the same amount for half the work he said that the quote includes all the work and that doesn’t change if they change what they’re doing. This still made no sense, especially since he was (understandably) going to charge me more to install some light fixtures, but he had already started the work so I didn’t feel that I could argue it. I was going to let it go and accept that

Saw some bad reviews but was assured I was going to have Right nows best crew to get our HVAC done. Techs took longer than expected and we had to spend an extra night in the hotel for them to finish. Completely understandable other than techs were caught sleeping in our crawl space and in their truck. The condenser unit outside was thrown in on a pad that isn’t level or stable. It got all scratched and dented as well. Metallic flex not rated for outdoor was used. The wrong wire gauge was used! 12/2 which is rated for 20 amps was used from a 30 amp disconnect to the condenser. If things like this were done I have no confidence that anything was done to code or correctly. Shortcuts will result in a lessened lifespan of our unit. Just sad right now! I wouldn’t recommend using them if you are thinking about it. Don’t trust your sales guy or anything they say about their install crew.

Troy did awesome. Explained things we didn't know and spent time troubleshooting. Our dogs really liked him too. Had humorous conversations. He found the issue, got it fixed. He was up and straight to the point. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work Troy. Service: A/C system maintenance
