Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning

I have used Right Now Heating and Cooling for several years now. I have been very pleased with their services. But most importantly I have been very impressed with the service people who have been sent to help me. Everyone of them have been very kind, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. Today I had the privilege of having Jason Martinez sent my way to trouble shoot the problems I was having with a thermostat. Jason was extremely helpful and very polite just as I had anticipated. I’ve used other heating and cooling services in the past. They were good but did not measure up to the high standards of Right Now Heating and Cooling. The local tech (Jeff Habecker) deserves 5 stars. We were ready to drop almost $12k on a new HVAC system without question. But then he assured us that "Right Now" would supply us with window AC units to hold us for a week. And "Right Now" failed to deliver. Our house has hit over 92 degrees since his assurance failed, through no fault of his own. If he earns commission, I feel bad that he will lose it thanks to who he works for. Troy came out and found my a/c issue quick. He was very nice and explained everything to me. He spent 5 hours making sure my a/c was working and there were no other issue. He is a great asset to the company! I would highly reccomend! He was very thorough. Best technician yet! I have had 4 other people bypass the problem he found and fixed. Service: A/C system repair
