I don't typically like leaving bad reviews but this is necessary. In August 2017 our AC was replaced by American Mechanical - that install went well and the AC worked for the last 6 weeks or so of summer. Fast forward to May 2018 and our brand new AC isn't working at all. I assumed it'd be a simple solution and under warranty, so I called American Mechanical and they were able to get a technician out quickly but our brand new Lennox AC had a "manufacturer defect" and had to be entirely replaced again. Super rare but American Mechanical was going to deal with it; first, they said they'd have to charge install because the standard warranty didn't cover labor...okay seems weird so I call Lennox, they confirm this because American Mechanical isn't one of their "preferred contractors"...fair enough. Second, after quoting me for the install and I agree, they come back and said I have to pay for the freon that was lost because of the defect, bam another $200. Again I call Lennox and they conf
