I'm posting this review simply to highlight the performance of one employee in particular -- Ed. Anyone that has purchased their plumbing supplies here knows first-hand how important of a role Ed plays in getting your stuff quickly and accurately. Ed has chased me down in the road because I left some parts and a receipt behind. Ed has offered to buy me lunch. Ed has eagerly lent an ear to hear my personal problems, a shoulder to cry on, a friend to lean on. All I require from a supplier is someone keeping the shelves stocked and ringing me out at the end.
