Heating Equipment Company

Heating Equipment Co has been servicing my home and business for many years. I appreciate their timely service and professionalism. A few others have noted the issues they have had with this HVAC company; I have not had any issues and am grateful for Stanley and his employees. I hope you have the same experience that I have had for many years, and I still use them!

Horrible customer service. They do not communicate with one another. We call them in July to fix our furnace and it was finally fixed in November. It took them 4 months to fix our furnace and we still had to find some of the parts ourselves because they couldn't. Jason kept saying everyday for a month that he would be out to fix it and everyday there would be an excuse as to why he couldn't. We finally contacted the owner Stanley and stuff started to get done! Stanley does an outstanding job and cares about his company but hes employees don't. They gave us a quote for so much and then when we got our bill and it was about a 1,000 dollars over the quote they gave us. 2 weeks after they fixed our furnace it stopped working and they can't find the time to come fix our furnace. I will never go through this company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service, the desk lady acts like she doesn't even know whats going on and can't assist you for anything! Save you mon
