Steve came out to assess, and then to install our water softener (to replace an older unit from a former homeowner that we weren't sure was working). We VERY MUCH appreciated Steve's expertise, his calm manner, but most of all his honesty. That is by far the most important thing--to know you can trust a technician, and that you are not getting taken for a ride. James was here fast polite clean no mess when he left. This is the second time i've used them @ two different addresses.
