Edited, see the bottom. I went through my Home Warranty, and Josh with 7th Element came out the first time when my heater stopped working. EDIT...He let us know that if our unit broke again within the next 30 days to let him know when we put in a claim. So we called him and he said that he is not going to help us and he dumped the insurance company. Then told us that we only paid for a service call and was not going to help us again. I called and Josh showed up at my place within a hour to check out my AC unit. I really liked him a lot and I really appreciate his hard work. What a great company!
After meeting with several reputable companies we decided to hire 7th Element. Josh and his team replaced my entire system which was nearly 50 years old. The install crew were polite and professional. I am very pleased with the quality and value of the work! My AC is now blowing cold again, thanks to the 7th Element!
