Idaho Heating and Air installed a new more efficient HVAC system (as the existing one was outdated and wrong for the square footage of our home) and installed a tankless water heater after removing the old tank and furnace. Couldn't be happier to have a tankless on demand hot water source. Great response time, scheduled a time that worked for me. A big team came out and worked all day Friday to get the big job done. One thing though, I'm still waiting for someone to explain why the furnace door keeps popping open when there's no suction from the HVAC system, it seems like a simple fix at least. Other than that one tiny issue in the big scheme, I would give them 5 stars and will recommend them to anyone I know. Great job Brian, Scott, McKay, Isom and Chris! We loved our experience with Idaho Heating & Air. Erin (one of their techs) was super informative, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. And Kevin (the one who installed the HVAC) was prompt, professional, did excellent work, and communicated well during all parts of the install process. Mike came a few weeks ago and diagnosed a problem with getting adequate air conditioning. The parts needed were delayed at the manufacturer so just arrived yesterday and installed today by Andy (one of us remembers his name as Adam). Arrived later than expected but very thorough and did excellent work.
