We had received three bids and Luke's was definitely the most thorough and he spent the time educating us about the process so we could feel confident generaling the major project ourselves. Before our remodel had even started we got word of a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the ceiling and floor below while we were out of town. Luke was out there the same day to resolve the issue.
