So many positives. Our AC quit and they were the only company called that would look at out system without a $80 service call. Always answer the phone. Showed up promptly and as promised. Fully explained all options expeciantly. Provided finance options. Clean and efficient work crew, cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was pleasant to work with. We had a new air conditioner within 2 days. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Services: Install thermostat, Install AC
We had these guys come out to take a look at the leak from our pipes and he was instantly able to diagnose and fix the issue. They were on time, easy to get in touch with and their Gold Maintenance plan is a fantastic value so we went ahead and added that. Great peace of mind knowing the heating and cooling will be looked at regularly. Can’t recommend these guys enough, truly! Thanks Steven for coming by today!
Kelly was fantastic and came out promptly to help with our issue. Western Heating and Air Conditioning was far from professional and told us we would have to wait 3 days in extreme heat. Call Top Shelf. They are amazing!
