Scheduled an estimate and Jake arrived today. I showed him my leaking roof and mold that was discovered when we took down our kitchen cabinets. Everything seemed fine and he said he would get the quote to me tomorrow. Now he started texting me asking why I wasn’t cleaning the mold myself since I owned a cleaning company. Well Jake, my company cleans hoarding homes, crime scenes, rodent waste but not mold. And why the he’ll does any of that matter when I need a new roof? His texts questioning my honesty was completely uncalled for and out of nowhere. I decided to call him directly to ask why he even cares if my company does mold cleanup. He said he thought I was lying to him and just trying to learn his pricing because he thinks I am a competitor. Totally bizarre behavior. Jake, I am the host of a TV show (Hoarders on A&E). I was impressed from the first conversation I had with Straightline Design. I filled out a form online with one of those Angi or Home Advisor websites and Nate called me and listened to my needs. He scheduled Mike to come out the next day. Mike was incredibly professional and explained all the available options. We worked together with my budget to come up with the best solution at the best price. I was surprised that within a week of signing contracts that Francisco and his crew were at my house installing my new roof. They did such an amazing job that my parents insist Straightline Design does there roof. I'll be submitting a second review soon after they finish installing my windows. Service: Roof installation

I had a wonderful experience working with Straightline Design from the start. Their estimator, Mike, was very informative. He educated me more than any other company and I met alot of them . He even brought me hard copies of the bid since I can't open PDF files on my computer. The roofers uncovered significant amounts of rotten wood during tear-off.
