Loved working with these guys and our new systems are so quiet and efficient!! Trusted was actually our second call after we sat with a bigger company in the valley and our were encouraged to get a second opinion. From setting up the inspection call, all the way through installation, John and Derek were both very friendly, great at communicating and timely (the other guys were 40 minutes to an hour late for each appointment). John came out to do an inspection on the system and it didn't take him more than 30 minutes to recognize that our 25 year old system had too many failure points for it to be practical to replace (the other company did a full 2 hour inspection before telling us the same). While he left the repair/replace decision in our court, he brought us over to the furnace and condenser to show and explain in layman's terms what the current issues were and what potential issues were around the corner.
