Laundry room plumbing repair, shut off valves to washing machine were seized open. Needed complete plumbing replacement and reroute of output. Identified problem with water heater flush and input hose clean out. Thank you express plumbing, your technician Gabriel Hernandez did a great job, with as much wall that we had to open up, he worked extensively to make sure the sheet rock patch was acceptable; appreciate the great communication with us throughout the whole process. The technician showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. The sink leak was minor and we felt stupid for not noticing the pipe had become unattached but he promised not to laugh.
