One of your techs was recklessly speeding though my neighborhood. He was coming up to the street that I was driving on and he had to slam on his brakes, ignoring a stop sign, so he wouldn’t hit me. Then to make this even more frustrating, when I try to call your office to talk to someone about this all I get is a cellphone voicemail that doesn’t name your company, I can only assume it’s the wrong number.

Oleg did not install unit correctly in 2015. Then a fleet of Olegs staff tried, finally Alex tried for four years to fix the unit failing ever summer and finally frying the control panel this summer. Carrier replaced the parts but it was due to Alley's incompetence. Alley never did get it installed correctly or working properly after years of trying and not warrantying their work. Finally, Alex told me to call someone else to have it installed and repaired. Zero stars. Would never use again. Service: Heating system installation

Mike did a very good job. He took his time to make sure my system is working properly. The quality is excellent! If I could redo the HVAC, I would call Alley Heating and Cooling again.
