Mike did a very good job. He took his time to make sure my system is working properly. The quality is excellent! If I could redo the HVAC, I would call Alley Heating and Cooling again.

Oleg came to our house in winter, on a Saturday, when our furnace stopped working (we tried everything we could to get it back on ourselves). He said he’d come in 45 minutes and he did! Surprisingly very affordable and quick. Oleg was a gentleman and gave us recommendations afterwards. I highly recommend that you call Oleg! I stumbled upon his company by driving by one of his parked work trucks in my neighborhood (south boise).

After waiting for over an hour for Alley to show up to a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am, I called to see what was going on. The person I spoke with apologized for missing the scheduled time, saying they were on their way. About 5-10 minutes later, I received a call from the same person asking if I was available around 3pm that day as he had a staff meeting he had forgotten about, which is why he missed the appointment...Interesting. I was curious as to why that wasn't mentioned during our first conversation. I was not available later that day as I had take the morning off from work to meet at the scheduled time and had to get back to work for afternoon meetings. I was annoyed. I told him I'd consider rescheduling at another time and that I was disappointed in the lack of communication and that I took time off work for this appointment and felt totally blown off.
