Such an amazing experience! Jeremiah was just the kindest soul he was on time ,communicated every little bit of detail so I wasn’t thrown off even just a tad bit very informative and gave me no run around/hassle when it came to my older home he made it a goal to help this momma who’s almost due out when it was extremely humid inside I wouldn’t go elsewhere for services and I definitely will be recommending others I’m glad I called!

Fixed my water heater. Elijah was great. Really nice kid. Professional, personal, and intelligent. I've worked with him a few times and he always was polite and professional. Would certainly recommend him.

Scott was on time and professional. Conducted the AC tune up and checked on the water softener system as well. He did a great job. I have also had Elijah do a furnace tune up and he did a great job as well. However, the comfort care guy who was supposed to walk us through the options for a new AC/furnace showed up over an hour late only after I called to see where he was. He was unprepared and did not even go over the options for a new AC with me, only let me look at a pamphlet - but not keep it. I told him we would like to keep the pamphlet to review our options and look into it ourselves since he wasn’t able to go though them with us, and apparently that was not allowed. It very much felt like he was in a hurry to go to his next house. Did not do a great job of trying to sell a system. Service: A/C system maintenance
