Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I tried calling a different franchise plumbing local service for our ag water hydrant in Kuna. They would not call me back. I tried Roto Rooter by chance and they had a tech out to bid the job the next day and could have repaired our hydrant the following day if I had wanted! Cole, the tech and repairman had a great attitude, was professional and worked hard to get my job done in one hour versus the 2-4 hour estimate he originally gave me. Marcos was very professional he took care of our needs with the our pipe that burst & got our water turn on for our familys everyday needs with in a very short time this was an Emergency situation .we called many places that claimed to be 24hrs "no answer or response " so don't bother we would definitely hire them again !!MacKenzie was also one of the kindess & understand person on the phone call she actually helped us make the decision to go with this company !!

We had a major code brown emergency and these guys were here ASAP. They fixed the problem quickly and were very professional. The lady that answered the phone was courteous and got a tech to our house right away. Joe & Brody we’re awesome -Thank you so much!!
