Matt did an excellent job installing our water heater and walking us through the whole process. He went above and beyond the call of duty in every way. I tried calling a different franchise plumbing local service for our ag water hydrant in Kuna. They would not call me back. I tried Roto Rooter by chance and they had a tech out to bid the job the next day and could have repaired our hydrant the following day if I had wanted! Cole, the tech and repairman had a great attitude, was professional and worked hard to get my job done in one hour versus the 2-4 hour estimate he originally gave me. I called and the phone rep sent out the plumber immediately- which was great!! When Cole showed up- he was kind, professional and very careful as he evaluated and completely did the job and cleaned up; in approximately 45 minutes. I really appreciated all the above, as I had been fighting this by myself!! I can only give 5 stars for the above service people, action, and this job well done!! However- I was very disappointed that the fee to unplug a toilet has now jumped from $100 to $231, (since last year- when I last needed their services.) I think it would only help Roto Rooter; to do a return customer discount of 20% -30%!! I could then use their services more frequently. Otherwise, I have to go with a handyman or buy my own auger- for future jobs- as I cannot afford this big price increase. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning
