I live in an old building. The AC install wad delayed while electric was upgraded. There was a supply chain issue also. Anthony at Amber kept in constant contact with me. After a different company came for our annual Fall service (we had no indication of issues, this was a routine maintenance appt under a service contract) spent 20 mins with our unit, and told me I needed a full furnace replacement, I contacted Amber for a second opinion. Trent came out and was fantastic. I didn’t tell him about the other company because I wanted his independent and unbiased opinion. He did a thorough cleaning and assessment of our furnace and found our unit to be in good working order. He went through everything he had done and showed us videos and pictures of his work (and all the cleaning/maintenance he did that had supposedly been done by the other company three days earlier). He was very knowledgeable and professional. We have switched our service contract to Amber and will be doing our business with them going forward.
