Precision Heating and Cooling & PRO Refrigeration

My husband contacted Precision after we received the most horrible service and recommendation from 4 seasons. I can’t remember our Precision technicians name but he did a fantastic job. 4 seasons told us our AC unit & furnace was garbage and we needed to replace both. The Precision tech worked professionally and diligently until he discovered the problem. The Precision tech had our unit up and running like new in less than an hour. Great service!!!!!!

We put a call in after 7 pm mark called back and scheduled service for the next day. There service tach Ralph was very professional and on point. He provided excellent service. We are very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks guys. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

AC failure: After calling their behemoth competitor from the North Shore that sold us the system and was told a service tech would be out in 17 days, I called Precision the next morning around 6:15 am. I got an answering service who took down my info and within 7 minutes got a call from Mark who arranged for a service tech to arrive before 9 am. Ryan arrived as promised, after the office made a call to make sure that was still ok. Ryan quickly determined the problem, researched if it was still under the warranty (which it was) located the replacement circuit board, went to get it at the supply house, returned, installed, troubleshot the old thermostat and ultimately installing a new thermostat (which I picked up at Ace for $30 as a plan B). And got us back up and running. All inside of two hours. Ryan was pleasant, prepared, knowledgeable, efficient and tolerant of the dog ! 10 out of 10. Nice work Precision. Would recommend highly.
