Had these guys rip up my basement to replace all my clay pipes. sales guy charged me an arm and a leg and told me this would solve all my problems and I would never flood again. Took them three weeks to finish and I have flooded 4 times since then. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair
Andrey, the ABC service provider arrived promptly, evaluated the issue with the air conditioner and presented information in a clear manner. He explained the problem and presented options to resolve the matter. He was personable and professional and came back the next day with parts to complete the job. He worked diligently from start to finish. Overall, we were very satisfied with his services and purchased a membership which offered lowered rates on a variety of future services. Calling a service provider can be a little scary, but we were lucky. We would certainly recommend using ABC Plumbing based on our experience with Andrey, the ABC service provider!
After rescheduling my first appointment due to ABC cancelling on me, Julian I. came and proceeded to do nothing and take advantage of my mom after telling her it would be $50 then proceeded to charge her $161 after fixing absolutely nothing. He was over for less than an hour and nothing was fixed. If you get this guy just cancel your appointment and go with a different company. Not to mention he left live wires dangling from my ceiling and didn’t put any thing he took out back the way it was. See attachment. He did not even say how much it would be before he started going to work on it. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for electrical work if this is the way this company carries itself. Julian should definitely reconsider his career choice. EDIT- The situation was solved and things were settled.
