I’ll start with the excellent quality of work that was done. 3/4 inch was taken off the bottom of our 8 ft tall solid doors so they could open over the hallway carpet runner. We put the carpet pad and carpet by the door to make sure it fully cleared. Karol took the doors out on our front covered balcony to do the cutting. He taped the bottom of the door to prevent splintering. He’s very meticulous in his work and did such a beautiful job that no touch-up paint was needed at all. Perfect smooth cuts. Each time, he vacuumed the area and door so the saw dust wouldn’t be brought in. When completed, he cleaned up the work area . Karol is very professional and friendly. Important to note: He wore his mask as a Covid precaution. I always appreciate this consideration. Karol did a fantastic job repairing the flooring of two cabinets for me. One had a hole thanks to a bottle of CLR that decided to eat through the bottle and particle board. The other was warped due to a leak. Both look great now. Karol was on time and meticulous in his work. He offered choices in materials. He also showed me his receipt for materials and prorated his hourly to accurately reflect the time spent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Karol and am already thinking of additional projects for him to tackle.

I need some windows repaired. Karol got back to me quickly with his rates, which were good, he confirmed his appointment, he showed up on time (early, actually), did the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. I've been looking for a handyman I can trust. I will not hesitate to call on him again.
