He was excellent at explaining everything he was doing and made comments about things that were/may be a future concern. He even made an adjustment/repair that makes our unit even more energy efficient which we greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From Jake who came out first to try and issues with our 40 year old furnace. He tried everything but ultimately suggested it would cost significant dollars. Jeremy came out the next day to assess our house and provide a recommendation on sizing for a new furnace and A/C unit (20 years old). Jeremy was very professional. Explained his assessment and then offered three solutions. Very reasonable. Pete annd Ivan did the install. They helped solve a space problem to perfection. The system has been running for week. System provides very even temps throughout the house. I’d go to Perfect again in a heartbeat

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, communication between the company and myself was timely and precise. All charges was upfront and in writing. No surprises, the work order and billing were simplified enough I could follow. Staff arrived early and was cheerful at 0800 hrs, and explained each step as he completed the job.
