We were very pleased with the quality of service from Nortek. They were always on time and when we had an issue they made every effort to fix it including FaceTiming with me. When that didn’t resolve the issue, their technicien stopped by the house on his way home. He discovered a short in the thermostat and quickly fixed it. I appreciated the time and consideration . Nortek installed the furnace and A/C for the previous owners of our home and we've been using them for preventative maintenance since we moved in. Justin is always very responsive and helpful with scheduling, re-scheduling, and addressing any concerns. The techinicians who have visited our home - Manny for furnance and Mackenzie for A/C - have been thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend!
