Nortek installed the furnace and A/C for the previous owners of our home and we've been using them for preventative maintenance since we moved in. Justin is always very responsive and helpful with scheduling, re-scheduling, and addressing any concerns. The techinicians who have visited our home - Manny for furnance and Mackenzie for A/C - have been thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend! I have been using Nortek for 6 years and am extremely satisfied with the service I get. Ron is always punctual, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hi Lisa – I just wanted to personally THANK both you and Ron for your outstanding service!! MacKenzie and Scott were both terrific installers yesterday, too, and worked hard in 100 degree heat to get our house back to good. Justin has been great every step of the way as well – very attentive and friendly. I was shocked this morning when our house went from 91 degrees and humid at 2pm yesterday to 68 degrees and really cool/crisp by 6:30am this morning. SHOCKED!!! Thanks again for everything!!
