Our air went out and it was 85 degrees in our house. Not only did they answer immediately but he was at our house in roughly an hour and had it fixed not long after. Incredibly nice in explaining what happened and how to prevent it in the future. I also like they sent a text that someone was on the way and an image of what they looked like so you knew you weren’t opening the door to a stranger! Thank you again!
I have a home warranty plan and filed a claim for AC repair. Ricca Heating and Cooling was the first company to respond to the claim. I was given an appointment for Wednesday, but John was able to squeeze me in on Monday instead. He quickly determined the problem and quickly fixed the AC.
