He was very helpful. He put in a new water heater. He also fixed my shower and made it functional. I was pleased with his service.
I called to get a new shower set Installed. The representative was punctual and professional on setting a day. On the other hand, the plumber dispatched was slow in completing the job. Constantly in and out the house, throwing cigarette butts everywhere in my driveway, and was on his cellular device quite often instead of getting the job done. The installation of the faucet wasn't even flush to the shower wall. I had to shimmy it up to fix the issue as there was a 1/4 inch gap. Not what you would expect from professionals. The job was done but not very well nor promptly. Knowing the Fausers from long ago I was hoping for the great workmanship that they've always been known for. I hope that they can find better employees that can represent and align with their reputation in the past.
He was very rude and refused to listen to what I had to say. He never told me exactly what he did to fix the leak. I will never use him again.
