Premier Group: Commercial Roofing Contractors

The relationship with Premier started out most favorably. I actually spoke to the owner Gabriel who gave me an education about the use of a licensed public adjuster. Things started to go south when we worked with a person who is now a former employee. R (the former employee) came out with a team who inspected in the late spring. He provided us with a quote for intermittent repair (the first part of their process) and asked that we sign the public adjuster agreement. We went away for a holiday in May happy that we had found such a great company. That didn’t last long. Turns out that R had separated from the company (which is why we couldn’t reach him by email or by phone) but nobody notified us. By June/July we were getting concerned and were finally able to reach someone in the main office who explained the employee was no longer there. So we started over with a new manager after a serious conversation with the owner (or at least I think he was). M (the new manager assigned)

Darron came to give an estimate on a job… he was punctual, cordial, professional… Waiting to get his estimate and we’ll see if we’re going to go forward from there… Thank you
