The technician was actually able to come to my home a day earlier than the original appointment. He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem quickly then was also able to repair the problem without having to come back a second time as he had the repair part on hand. He was professional and courteous as well!! This is the second time this company has been to my home and both experiences were very positive.. Service: Refrigerator repair

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had Chambers come out to fix our dishwasher that was not working. They first sent out a repair guy who said they needed to order a part he did not have after he completely disassembled the bottom of our dishwasher (completely fine). We waited for the part to come in and they sent a different guy out to install it. The second guy said the first repair man broke another part when he disassembled the dishwasher and was going to install a new one to replace it at no charge to us. The replacement part was faulty that he had on hand so he had to order another one. He left with a check from me for the total service amount telling me they will come to install the part when it comes in at no charge. They then sent the first guy out to install the new part he had originally broken. He installed it improperly so our dishwasher began to leak everywhere. My husband had to affix the part correctly himself afterwards. We then received a bill for the part their technician h

Chris came and repaired my brand new microwave that was under warranty. He was very friendly, on time and had great communication skills. It took a couple of trips to get the repair done because I had to have someone come and take down the microwave from the cabinets. I would highly recommend based on my interaction with this employee!
