We lost heat right before a week of 9 degrees- with a 3 week old infant and a 2 year old. It’s never an ideal time to lose heat but I was so nervous about not having heat with 2 little ones. Brian came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem fast! He was very personable and I trusted that he wasn’t going to take financial advantage of us during this lunch. We are very particular about the contractors we employ for home projects. What we value most in our contractors is their attentiveness to communication. In our experience, this is where contractors most often fail, which undermines their ability to create loyal customers. If we called them about any project-related activities before, during, or after the project, they got back to us right away.
