Heartland Electric

My Home Warranty company assigned a claim to Heartland Electric for an electrical outlet not working in my new home. I haven't been able to get them to return my messages. I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of someone; phone and e-mail. At this point, my review is for poor communication or no communication at this point. I'm not sure about the electrical work because I haven't been able to get that far yet. Not sure why I'm not getting a call back. I'm requesting my Home Warranty company to reassign my claim to another company who will call me back to schedule an appointment.

Home warranty company selected them to handle a claim. Heartland never called me; I had to call them a few times over a few days, although I did manage to speak to someone each time. Finally they said they had the warranty company's paperwork and we scheduled an appointment days later. I scheduled time off work for the appointment. Nobody showed. Nobody called. No one answered the phone when I called (repeatedly). Nobody answered the phone when the home warranty company called (repeatedly). Seems to be a clear pattern over the last few months from reviews here and elsewhere.
