They are fantastic! Our AC went out today and we were referred to Tiger by one of my husband's coworkers. When I called I spoke with Bob and he was amazing. He scheduled us for tomorrow. I got a call about an hour later that they had a change and would be able to fit us in today. Aaron got us taken care of really quick and he was very professional and happy to explain everything to me and my husband. We will be sticking with Tiger for all of our future needs.

This was our first experience with Tiger and Aaron. We called just this morning and Aaron was here about an hour after our initial call. We were very impressed with his professionalism and concern for our needs. He was very informative regarding services that your company provides. We are not satisfied with how our plumbing was handled. We called Tiger Plumbing for two drains not draining properly after multiple attempts with draino. The kid that came out to do the repairs didn't know if he could use a tool and he told us he had to call his boss. The kid also said that we have cast iron pipes that are rotting from the inside out and that they need to replace everything. He had it pulled up on his tablet and it was just a Google image. Without even trying to identify the real problem or find the actual cause of the blockage. No, we have cast iron pipes we need to replace them and that "should" fix your problems. We were given two options. Spend $4000 for a temporary fix or spend $8000 for them to replace all of the pipes. This is not a home that we are planning on staying in for very long so we went the $4000 route and they told us it would only be under warranty for a year. When they came to do that work, they tore up our wall because they said the access panel w
