This company was great to work with! My underground drain tile system was backed up and they came out the next day to melt all the ice within it, and diagnose root cause of the issue; they also included a video report w/audio. These guys were very knowledgeable and helpful too. I would definitely recommend them.

I had roots blocking my main sewer line. They got out there the same day that I called and left my drain line spotless. They cleared the line, took before and after videos of the inside of the line, and were on the road within an hour. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The guys were very professional, personable, straight to the point, and transparent.

Nick at new way came out to our new place late at night after another company had come out earlier in the day and said the line was clear to 65 feet and the pipes were broken and needed replaced. They quoted it to be 15-20k job. Nick was Very professional and educational. We were able to watch everything he was doing and view the camera in our drain system to see what was going on. Turns out there were a lot of roots but no need to replace the line at this time. Copies of the video were sent to the home owner for records and the prices were reasonable. They cleared it enough to get the water flow going and showed up the next morning to clear out the rest. Highly recommend New Way for drain service.
