I requested an estimate to replace my AC. After the gentleman came out, I was told I'd get an estimate the next day or day after. I never received an estimate.

U.S. Mechanical came out to my house after waking up in the morning to an A/C unit that wasn't cooling. They were able to work into the afternoon to have someone come out and repair my A/C unit. After a quick diagnostic of the problem the technician identified what was wrong and had the A/C unit back up and running quickly. The professionalism and care taken to quickly get my house back to proper cooling, during completely unseasonal warm weather was very much appreciated.
