Called for an AC issue, water around unit in basement. Responded right away with an appointment time and day. Representative was on time, professional, and informed me of issues. Office got back to me within 24 hours with a quote and time/to do repairs. Called the morning of appointment to change time to earlier in the day due to it being the hottest day of the year so far. They wanted to get our AC running and their technicians out of the heat. He was there within 30 minutes. He was able to complete the 3 hour repairs in 90 minutes. Saved our AC and saved us money. Great service! We have the contract where they come out twice a year to service our A/C and furnace. They remind us when it is time, which is nice as I often forget!
